The blowdry itself was ok nothing outstanding. My hair went flat really quickly though. The whole experience wasn’t really pleasant as they rescheduled my booking from 12 to 12:15, then they were late another 15 mins. Shampooed my hair really slowly as the hairdresser wasn’t ready. Then, when it came to payment they were trying to say I didn’t prepaid which I did! I had to prove it to them. They should have it on a system rather than making customers feel embarrassed. I won’t be coming back back

Maybe Bella was having a bad day and I am sure she is a lovely person however her blow-dry skills were not up to standard. She seemed to struggle to hold the hairdryer, she didn't pull the hair down from the root and when I asked for curls at the bottom, she just blasted the end of the hair with intense heat. My hair dropped straight away and I am sure much of the hair particles have snapped under the intense heat. Not an enjoyable experience and I won't be going back.
