Maybe Bella was having a bad day and I am sure she is a lovely person however her blow-dry skills were not up to standard. She seemed to struggle to hold the hairdryer, she didn't pull the hair down from the root and when I asked for curls at the bottom, she just blasted the end of the hair with intense heat. My hair dropped straight away and I am sure much of the hair particles have snapped under the intense heat. Not an enjoyable experience and I won't be going back.

Mani/Pedi was great! Blow dry was good however the lady that cleaned my head didn’t rince properly which unfortunately played on result and longevity of blow dry
