I arrived on time but the manicurist was still working on another client so I had to wait about 10 mins. I indicated I wanted the same colour polish for this manicure, she didn’t select the colour at the time. During the removal of the nail polish the manicurist was quite rough causing me to wince in pain! She did apologise and was more gentle. She selected the wrong colour and only applied two coats so the manicure didn’t last long.
