I chose to have a 45-minute pedicure that was comprehensive of dead skin removal, cuticles, hot stone massage, and nail polish application. The therapist was rushing throughout the treatment, which, from the moment I put my feet into the warm water to the moment I had the nail polish on, only lasted 16 minutes!! The treatment was careless and approximate, and I felt let down. I did not enjoy it at all. It was not my first time at Blissful, but the first time I left so dissatisfied.
