The therapist assigned to me must have been new, so I’ve rated this mani/pedi experience slightly higher than is true as we’ve all been new.
Overall okay, but the polish job was uneven as was the nail shaping, and both had to be corrected by another therapist but still weren’t fully salvageable. I had normal polish rather than gel, and it chipped a day and a half after my treatment. I’ve had normal polish at the same salon before and it lasted almost a full week. Staff were lovely, salon clean
