Really disappointed. My mum and I booked together, but after a 45-minute BIAB removal I was left waiting because the salon had overbooked. I was sat by the front window which was extremely hot and uncomfortable. My nails were soaked in acetone several times, leaving them very sensitive, and every finger burned under the lamp. When I mentioned it, I was simply told to blow on them. The finished nails are okay, but the overall experience was poor.
