The product used didn't keep my hair in in place it wasn't flat or smooth enough
in trying to be fast the time wasn't taking to go through my hair thoroughly ensuring it was straight and stayed in style

My colour was perfect, the lady mixed me a perfect shade. The cut was exactly what I wanted, really surprised that my hair can look so good! Blow dry was amazing also, would definitely recommend.
