Very comfortable, I was offered a cup of tea on arrival and staff were very friendly. I felt very welcomed and was given free professional advice about my hair.

Staff were professional. Jill does my Hollywood waxing and makes it a quick process, chatting with me the whole time to make it seem painless! Waxing products used are great.
