I specifically asked for a length of lash on many occasions ,before booking and before treatment . I was told last minute that i wouldn't be getting the length i asked for ... really disappointed when i got home and looked at them... not what i asked for. The brow lamination i thought was ok, my daughter visited ,told me they were not equal and i had a scar from the waxing pulling my skin off .... overall quite upset 🥺.Please listen to what the clients ask for ... not what you think is best!
