I loved the attention to detail of my whole experience from arrival until departure. Cleo and Carmen are an absolute delight to be around especially for such a long and tedious treatment, they allowed me to feel as though the time flew by and felt more like half of the actual time i was really there. There was a screaming child and a Mother who really couldn't care any less that allowed the child to scream and shout and cry for at least 45 minutes, and I was just so impressed at how gracefully, patiently and professionally the ladies handled that situation. They will definitely be my lash techs from this point forward. Carmen did my lashes but I would feel comfortable with either of them doing...I am a loyal customer and Carmen is my technician unless its an emergency lol. I will also be spreading the word to my friends and family. And I travel all the way from stockwell to Peckham on my crutches. So very worth it.
