Half hour wait after appointment time. No apologies for reason why. Hardly spoke to me. First time I’ve ever had a pedicure without cutting my nails, just filed them. I did query this and she did cut them, ( not happy about this request thou) Then she filed my big toe which really hurt as she cut the nail too short. Had to ask her ti leave it No cream on feet after exfoliating. . Not a good experience at all.
