Very dissapointed.
I booked the treatment for a deep tissue massage through treatwell for Monday morning 10am. There were plenty of appointments available 10,1030,1100 etc and i selected the deep tissue full body and scalp massage at £55.
I set off early and after parking within the Liberty shopping centre spent around 30 mins walking to find the place, which i eventually did with some helpful guidance from a shop owner.
I arrived at 945am and after sitting an waiting for 10 mins I was then told by a polite female that Jenna wasn't actually here and wont be available until much later in the day. She asked how i had booked and if I could text her a screenshot of the booking confirmation, which i did do there and then. She promised me Jenna would ring me and discuss what had happened.
2 days later - I did not received any call or apology for what happened.
complete waste of my time and waste of parking fees.
Will not be booking at this venue again.
Extremely disappointing and poor customer service.
