Every nail colour I showed her a picture of was a straightforward No. wasn’t the least bit interested in doing what I actually wanted. Kept saying her clients are simple and want simple things....who undermines their own clients in-front of others?! After finally agreeing to a single gel colour, it chipped off, and I had to go to another place to actually fix my nails.
