Mari messaged me to cancel my patch test 5 minutes before my appointment. I was parking up when I received the message. Because a patch test needs to be done over 48 hours before your next appointment, I am now forced to cancel my upcoming appointment and delay the whole process. I understand that things can come up last minute, but for something as simple as a patch test, surely there should be a back up person or at least 30 minutes heads up out of courtesy!
