I booked an appointment, came 1 hour before and was waiting near the Lyca Health door. No one opened me, I called several times and tried to call Blazin Blue as well but nobody responded. I wasted 2 hours to come to this appointment and really dissapointed now.

Booked appointment online, I took the day off from work. I got to my appointment on time, the next receptionist could not find me on the patients list for that day. Another member of staff came out and checked my email booking confirmation, which was time consuming as she took a while to call her colleague. Her colleague did not pick up. I was turned away without having my treatment.

Blazin Blue were very professional throughout the whole process, which only took 30 minutes. I was given all the information I needed on the procedure and aftercare, and well looked after the whole time at the clinic. I saw results in my underarms within 2 days, and already have an improved quality of life.
