Lovely staff and greeting. The wax was well done but the therapist did drop a spatula of hot wax on the floor (I believe it hit the floor) and proceeded to double dip it into the wax and reuse it. In hindsight I wish I'd said something, but from the bed I couldn't be totally sure it had hit the floor and didn't want to seem rude. I think she should have thrown it away and used a new one for customer peace of mind though. Other than that, a great experience.

Very professional service. Place was clean and relaxing . The last who did waxing was nice and quiet . I would go back again . The promotional offer make the price reasonable .
