The massage was very gentle and made me feel calm and relieved some of the pain from my neck and shoulders. What could have been better was for the appointment to start on time. I was kept waiting for 30 minutes before my turn came. Apparently the therapist 'was running late' from the client before me who was having pedicure. This delay upset my plans for the rest of the day, and made me enter the therapy room feeling stressed when my turn finally came. Shame, as the massage itself was not bad at all. Won't be going back in a hurry.
