Erica is always nice and good but the rest of the staff is not very polite. I have been a regular for a year now and the first time that my booking wasn't 100% accurate I was treated very poorly by the rest of the staff including the salaon manager who acted as he was doing me a favour while putting my colour on. Very disappointing especially because I have been a very loyal costumer.
