The process of booking the appointment was fab. The receptionist was fab. Treatment was fine. I wasn't thrilled with the quality of the CND Shellac manicure I got - she didn't cap off the nails properly, and a few of the nails had marked finished layers where the second layer of colour wasn't applied across the nail and left ridges etc. Would have loved for it to have been a great quality job. Maybe I just got the girl having a bad day? Who knows.
