Lovely staff although my stylist had been smoking which wasn't ideal for me - the salon could do with bringing more into the 21st century, lightening and brightening. The highlights were a bit too OTT initially but are calming down quite well and i'm used to being so much blonder now and I am actually really pleased with them now. Close to the roots, although a couple of the ones around the corners of my face are a little too bold.
