I had a Brazilian hot wax (not lycon). The overall experience was not a bad one at all, and the wax was satisfactory. It was also done efficiently and quickly. However, I was at a loss as what to do at times. Dilek was very nice, but also soft spoken. I had a hard time hearing her directions at the beginning of the session. She also didn't introduce herself right away, which made me feel a bit awkward. Didn't really open up the floor for communication. I'm used to small talking through a wax (maybe that's just me) because it makes me feel more comfortable about being naked in front of someone. I am still a bit shy with this.
Overall, a good experience and I would recommend it for those who are used to waxes and not shy about the process.

Had a tiny mix up with dates and times, but the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Lindsay at reception was very lovely and very helpful. Sergei did a wonderful job with my blowdry!

I had quite a bad experience here. The guy took two seconds to cut my hair - used a comb to gather the hair and then cut it in two sections using an electric razor. I understand that this is a technique but he didn't take the time to then go through and trim any split ends etc. Would not go back and definitely would not recommend
