Excellent salon, highly skilled staff who gave me exactly what I wanted. They could not be more accommodating and nice touch that the owner Nicola, went out of her way to greet everyone that came in by their name. A rare touch of personal service. I'm sure under her management this hidden gem in West ealing will become a go to salon for the area!
I had my haircut by Maria she did an amazing job considering I cut it myself during the lockdowns and had an awful half bowl cut- I look fabulous now
A really great hair salon is more than just a place where you can walk in feeling like Catweasel and walk out feeling like a supermodel. It's also about customer service, friendliness, professionalism, and a decent cup of coffee.
Blackwells is an excellent salon, run by Nicola and her amazing team. Friendly and chatty, they really know what they're doing and I spent two happy hours there being transformed into a balayaged babe. I'm so glad I discovered it. Highly recommended.
