The staff here are very kind and courteous. Hair cutting skills are a bit slow and the hair colouring wasn’t the best. Possibly need more training on how to understand different skin tones and what shades from the chosen colour look best. Overall, very lovely little salon hidden away in West Ealing, 5* customer service, nice and warm inside, even the sink basins to rest your neck on was strangely comfortable.

Really enjoyed the service. Staff are super awesome. Just took a lot longer than expected to colour my hair, apart from that, loved all of it!
