I was quite hesitant and apprehensive going into this, as I'd never had laser hair removal before. I'm now currently on a laser hair removal course with Ilona for my back and shoulders, and she's been fantastic — really thorough, and she puts you at ease by explaining each step of the process so you know exactly what to expect. The clinic itself has a lovely, professional atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're looking for a treatment that's both effective and comfortable

I had a really lovely experience at Blackheath Laser & Skin Care Clinic. The clinic is very nice, clean and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and professional. From the moment I arrived, I felt very comfortable and well looked after.
I had a colonic treatment with Susa, who was very friendly, professional and reassuring. The treatment itself was handled with great care, and I felt completely at ease throughout.
Overall, a wonderful experience and a place I would happily recommend.
