Sophie was exceptionally skilled at her job.
She was friendly and chatty during my appointment.
She was also very sensitive with an issue I had which turned out to be my own fault for getting curry on my nails the previous evening!

I had my face-to-face consultation with Dr Victoria in October 2024, where I discussed my concerns about my skin, and she analysed my lifestyle and skincare products, giving recommendations for both high street and medical-grade products. After discussing this in detail, she assured me my skin goals were reachable and that seeing results could be a long process. I have had around five treatments and seen a massive difference in my skin. The communication with Dr Victoria is excellent.
