I paid 42 pounds for a cut and blow dry, which isn't cheap... The owner was not polite, he worked in a hurry even if there was only another customer, and my haircut is totally wrong... I didn't want to be dramatic, so I was calm and assumed the cut was looking terrible just because of the badly made "curls"... After the first wash I realized he had cut a whole chunck of my hair insanely short compared to the rest. I am furious!
