The lashes fell out within a week and both eyes looked different/uneven due to the lashes applied. No attempts to remedy were made. Mistakes can happen but great customer service & care post appointment is what keeps people coming back despite issues such as this.

My go to place to get my lashes done. Love how relaxing it is. Alice is very professional, the studio is clean, the atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Overall a very pleasant experience every single time. And the lashes look great everytime. Very satisfied!
