Lovely haircut. Natalie was running a bit late with her other client but she was so kind and considerate and gave me a complimentary hair treatment which I thought was a lovely touch.

I was around 40 minutes late receiving any services...these were from a different staff member as Rebecca seemed to be triple booked. No apologies or explanations were given. The haircut I received was pretty good, but I found Rebecca too chatty and I spent much of the appointment pressed up against her upped thighs and chest as the space was very cramped.
