Cut much more off my hair than I asked for, wasn’t blended in at all (very choppy and uneven), just blasted hair with hair dryer and went over with a straightener, didn’t offer a refund (did give a £10 voucher for the salon), had to go to another salon the same day and have them fix it

I had a lovely appointment with Scott. I was attended to the moment I walked through the door and offered a glass of fizz. Scott was friendly and listened to what I wanted. Everyone in the salon was friendly and I really enjoyed my appointment. I had my hair blow dried and curled and it looks amazing. Glad I booked in.
