I have naturally long, healthy nails, and I booked a gel manicure with detailed nail art. I was told that I had booked the wrong service because my nails were long, that she was fully booked and there wasn’t enough time to do what I had booked. I pointed out that this isn’t the description. She tells me “it’s not my job to educate customers” and that the Treatwell descriptions couldn’t be very long. The whole point of a booking description is to help people book the correct treatment.
