Dhespina is super friendly and really talented. She always takes great care with my nails and they come out perfect every time. The salon is always clean, the staff friendly and really nice to be in, always a relaxed experience. Highly recommend. 🥰

Twice I’ve been to this girl and twice she’s been utterly insulting. Made out to be a liar for a 3 week section I couldn’t book an appointment on Treatwell. Additional charges everywhere (though not listed on Treatwell) genuinely wouldn’t bother traipsing a mile outside of the city centre to be accused and made out to be the problem. The customer is always right, except for here. Zero stars of possible.

Twice I’ve been to this salon and both times the girl has been utterly combative. An additional £5 that isn’t mentioned in the drop downs for doing infills that aren’t her own. Made to feel like a liar because her diary was full. Additional charges for having separate colours on nails (it’s nail art so make sure you select that too) genuinely wouldn’t bother traipsing a mile out of the city centre to save a couple of quid she’s going to add on anyway, and insult you for in the process.
