INFILLS ( Including other technicians' work)

Infills are recommended within 3-4 weeks. Anything over may require a full removal and new set.

I do not guarantee infills on other technicians work - if I'm not happy with the product, a full removal will be required. Removals and Infills have a £5.00 surcharge when not done by Bisou Nail Studio.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Minimum 48 hours notice required. Rescheduling is allowed only once with this timeframe. No shows and late cancellations wil be charged 100% of the service cost.

LATENESS

Please arrive on time, if you are more than 10 minutes late I may not be able to carry on with your appointment and you will be charged for the full service as booked.

NAIL HEALTH

I will not work on nails that are damaged, infected, or compromised. Nail health is my priority, and I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe the treatment may cause further damage.

RESPECT &BEHAVIOUR

Respect is non-negotiable. Any form of rudeness, disrespectful behaviour, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate refusal of service and possible cancellation of future bookings
