Friendly staff and a very relaxing massage. The only thing I would change is I prefer to completely relax when having a massage and although very friendly, my masseuse kept making conversation! Would visit again though as it was great value for money.
Difficult to find and the number listed to call was the Manchester branch, which I was waiting to get through to for at least 15 minutes. The staff were very nice but not well trained or skilled at their job. My massage was not good and not professionally done, I could have done the same with no training. The therapist was friendly, but talked almost constantly throughout the treatment. The space was cramped and messy. The room had glass walls and didn't feel private. My eyelash tint burned my eyes and I had to clean that off myself! She didn't shape, wax or thread the eyebrows before or after the tinting treatment and they were wildly different. Sadly I would not recommend anyone to this place.

Amazing value introductory offer, and the lady who did the wax was very experienced and kind.
My only issue was finding the salon!
