Lovely clean venue in a very nicely set up new and clean garden room with adjacent toilet/ shower facilities. I was very warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable, and got a very relaxing stretch and massage followed by excellent advice on how to improve my areas of tension and stretching needs. I felt better during and afterwards and will be back soon.
