The Blowdry in itself was good, Bella is junior she did a really good job and the head massage is always something to look forward to at BC. Though I have to say the initial check in/reception has some room for improvement. It always feels like a stressful experience. I also did not enjoy that this was a prepaid service for a Blowdry and when I arrived they added an additional £20charge which was not advertised anywhere beforehand. Rude option topay a further50% or forfeit the 100% prepaid
