The massage was great couldn’t fault it therapist adapted well to feedback. Room was cold and there was no heating or heated blanket, I won’t go again whilst the weather has turned cold. The towel on the bed had hairs on it and the floor wasn’t clean. The therapy room felt like a storage room and therapy room which didn’t help with the ambiance. I must stress the massage was great and the so was the therapist.
