Kim is an excellent cutter. I always leave with a good cut and my hair re nourished. I have really thick wavy hair that isn't easy to manage. Such attention to detail and knowledge of hair is really hard to find.

My hair turned out nicely but the service was bad. I wasn’t properly greeted when I went in. Kim asked me how much I wanted off and usually a hairdresser will show you how much they will take off before starting. He just started cutting without communicating with me. I was not offered any water or coffee. I was charged for the full hour even though it was rushed and took 40 mins. The service was not welcoming or friendly and a few words were exchanged. Really disappointing in terms of service
