I liked my haircut and Bond was a bit curt/sharp with no advice given at all. There was no welcome in entering the salon, no one smiled at all, general feeling of unfriendliness, receptionist especially was almost rolling her eyes at having to work, no customer service whatsoever, bad attitude…won’t be back. Used to see Kim here and he was lovely, not sure where all these new unfriendly people came from but they might want to up their game!
