I have had a was cut and blow dry by Kim now a few times and I find Kim to be very knowledgeable and understand what I want.

Did not brush my hair once she had blow dried. The hair was curled with straightening irons and fell out within 2 hours. Salt was in a rush to get me done and couldn’t find my booking until I showed her the confirmation. Very disappointing
