One of the worst haircut with Kim. Very quick consultancy and poor execution of the haircut with very little attention to detail and didn’t seem bothered and poor overall finish Shampoo was less then a minute and wasn’t clean and still hair left

It was a good haircut, and this was my second time visiting the salon.
The first time, I was charged £45 for a short bob haircut. Before my appointment started, I double-checked the price with the receptionist and was told that it would be £45 for the same short bob hairstyle.
However, after the haircut was finished, I was asked to pay £50, as I was told that my bob hairstyle was considered medium-length rather than short.
I was disappointed by this, as I had specifically confirmed the price
