For over a decade I got my hair Japanese straightened in NY, but when I moved to the UK I had a hard time finding somewhere that knew how to do it. I tried several places that seemed inexperienced with the process - they either damaged my hair or the perm didn't hold. When I had my hair done at Bien a week ago, the stylist seemed very comfortable and experienced doing Japanese straightening. My hair came out pretty good - it's only been a week, but so far this is the best one I've found here!
