Was my first time, and Sophia couldn’t have made me more comfortable! she’s very educated in the practice and surrounding, kept my body clean and comfortable and taught me a lot in the 40/50 mins. very kind and considerate, could be open with her about anything i was unsure about. And the wax came out brilliantly too :)
