So happy with my experience at Biba Browns. Louise made me so welcome and she fixed a disaster cut that I'd had previously at another salon. My hair looks great, so rare to find a salon with such nice ambience, great haircuts and at a reasonable price. Love it !!!

Unfortunately on the day of the appointment, I received a call from Biba's to say that they have to cancel my appointment as they had double booked.

Louise is obviously an expert in hair, and gave me a cut that felt fresh at the ends, yet still made my hair look long.

My Brazilian blow dry treatment has been really worth it, my hair is now frizz free and it takes no time to style my hair. Louise was great.
