booked via Treatwell where £10 off first-time BIAB was clearly advertised. I also called the salon yesterday at 10:28am to confirm and ask about takeoff for my acrylic after travelling a long distance, I was told I booked only 10 minutes which doesn't make sense and that I should've called which I did!!!
The staff insisted their manager received no call despite me showing a proof of the call on my phone no accountability was taken. This reflects poor communication and unprofessional
