I’ve been coming here for over a year and this is the first time I’ve left disappointed. I specifically booked with a particular nail technician 2 weeks in advance, but on arrival was told they were overbooked and I had to see someone else. If you can’t guarantee appointments with chosen staff, the option shouldn’t be offered!! Very frustrating experience!!
