Sadly I had a below average experience on this occasion. I booked for a specific nail tech but was given a different one on the day without prior notice or asking if I was okay with it. She was new which was fine, however when I pointed out a couple of things I wasn't happy with (e.g. the side of the nails not fully covered by the BIAB + one of the nails was very bulky) she agreed she was going to fix it however did not understand fully what I meant, but also refused to start over when I asked.
