Besa was brilliant. They didn’t have the BIAB colour I wanted that they usually have so I had to pay 5£ to add shellac coat. Of the gel colours, they also had a few of these missing so I ended up with my 3rd choice. Other than that, I can’t fault it.

Had to wait over 45 mins after my appointment was due to start - I would have been done by then if seen at the right time. Was not informed the wait would be that long, kept being told ‘5 more minutes’ when I asked. No discount offered for the wait.
