Terrible service and will not be coming back! I had a 3pm and when I arrived my nail tech wasn’t there yet and had to wait 10 minutes for Alda to arrive. I had spoken to the manager and explained I wanted French nails with chrome which she said was fine. Alda was rushing through filing my nails off and kept slipping with the file. I ended up with French nails and no chrome which I was upset about and instead of apologising Alda told me that there was no time! The French tips were messy and lumpy

Besa was amazing! Very gentle when providing the manicure. Kept conversation throughout and checking with me if it’s to my liking! Very calm atmosphere. Will definitely come again
