It was my first biab so needed some more info about how it worked. Michelle was very nice but has limited English so it was harder to communicate.
My nails came out very nice and if they last as long as advertised, I'll be happy. It was a lot more than I'm used to paying but I guess it's worth it for the peace of not having them done every couple of weeks.
