Waited 40 minutes after my appointment time to start, bounced between 3 techs, they could not do the simple 'advanced nail art' I booked which was a sun. I was there for 3 hours and then on treatwell they marked me as a no show.

The lady prepping & filing my nails before biab application I don’t think was experienced/trained. It sounded like her colleagues were training her while she did it as she was hurting my nails so much from the electric file and I was worried she was damaging my nails, which isn’t something I would expect from a nice nail shop. I was then passed onto another lady who did a really lovely job.
