Really rushed (took 30mins vs 1hr10 I booked) & BIAB wasn’t removed as booked, so not worth the £50. Staff were uninterested, tools were painfully hot (2 clients next to me also raised this). My nails are now sadly uneven, lumpy & poorly finished
